IN-PERSON SERVICES RESUMED MAY 17, 2020

Sixth Church resumed services on Sunday, May 17, 2020 under the following restrictions: All foot traffic will come through the front door. During all services, the front door and the sanctuary door will be kept open until the service begins. There will be signs marking off two pews between each occupied pew. The recommended distance is six feet between individuals unless they are members of the same household. Donations may be placed in a basket in the foyer on the table in front of the mirror in lieu of collections being taken during the service. Disposable masks are available; please speak with an usher to obtain one.  At Wednesday evening testimony meetings, the usher will wipe down the microphone between each individual use.

Sixth Church Sunday School reopened on May 24, 2020. The Sunday School staff looks forward to the return of all Sixth Church Sunday School students, as well as guests.

You are invited to a Christian Science Lecture

Saturday, May 18, 2024
2:00 p.m.

Speaker:   James Shepherd, CS of Eugene, OR

Location:  Tulsa Garden Center, basement
                   2435 South Peoria Ave.
                   Tulsa, Oklahoma

Our talk, “Why everyone is needed” will explore why everyone’s unbreakable connection to an all-good, all-loving God gives everyone permanent worth, bringing progress, hope and healing to all. It will illustrate that every cause needs an effect. Therefore God, the only Cause, needs an effect. And that is where we all come in—we’re each needed as the effect of God. James brings out not only that God has made us unique and purposeful, to love and be loved, to help our world grow and strengthen through our expressions of divine Love.
